Dark red grain bill, similar to quad with Dates, Cherries added to boil. We used Philly Sour yeast and partially soured, then over pitched Lallemand Abbaye Belgian yeast, which is a mild ester belgian yeast. What remains if slightly tart beer, with some fruit flavour and ester from fermentation. This should age well, but a beer to watch as it gets older as will develop.
