These terms are issued by Bootleg Brewery Limited and are effective from March 1st, 2020. They cover the use of our website – www.bootlegbrewery.co.nz. In this policy, the terms, “Bootleg Brewery” "we", "us" and "our" means Bootleg Brewery Limited (6084449).
Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. Please read these terms carefully - if you need to refer to them again, they can be accessed from the link at the bottom of any page of our website. While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Bootleg Brewery does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

2. Ordering goods and services from us
By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you are acknowledging that you are at of legal age to buy alcohol. You may not allow minors to use this site.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order eg. an optional gift message for gift cards, entering payment information and submitting your order.
Our store is hosted by Squarespace who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and/or services to you.
Most products on our site carry an age restriction, and therefore you must confirm your age as you enter the site. Confirming this means that you are of an eligible age to purchase the selected product(s). You are also agreeing that you are not purchasing the item on behalf of a person who is not the appropriate age.
3. Refusing or cancelling orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We will endeavour to contact you via the contact email, and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of order.
We may, solely by our own judgement refuse, limit or cancel orders:
by a person or group of people;
that we believe to have been placed fraudulently;
that have been placed for the supply of alcohol to minors
due to the limitation of stock
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted via the online portal. If payment has been processed for these orders, the payment will be refunded in a timely manner.
All sales are considered final. However, should you wish to cancel an order please contact us via our online contact form or via our email bootlegbrewery@outlook.com. We will endeavour to help you with your request however we cannot guarantee the outcome. Note that if the order is already with the courier company – a cancellation fee to cover the cost of the courier may apply.

We reserve the right to on-charge the credit card fees applied to us by our payment providers.
You can also pay using direct bank deposit. Details will be supplied via the online portal at the time of purchase.
5. Pricing
All prices listed on www.bootlegbrewery.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Delivery charges are as detailed in the online store.
Online and in store pricing may differ.
All payments will be processed in NZD, and we do not accept payments in other currencies. We reserve the right to alter prices on our website at any time for any reason.
6. Website and Credit Card Security
All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.
You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.
For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.
7. Delivery and Delivery Charges
At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses. Delivery charges are as per the online store.
Orders are shipped Wednesday to Sunday, and dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed. While our website is 24/7 – our dispatch team enjoys a couple of days off each week, and Public Holidays also. Orders placed on these days will be sent as soon as possible within the next 2 working days.
Please note that a signature is optional for receiving deliveries. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days using our online contact form, or send us an email via bootlegbrewery@outlook.com stating the order number and any other details. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
8. Delivery Period
Delivery lead time for different regions will vary. Deliveries to rural addresses and deliveries of dangerous goods in some areas may take longer than the time indicated.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
9. Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on beer.
If you receive a beer that you feel is faulty – please get in contact with us ASAP via our online contact form or email: bootlegbrewery@outlook.com. when contacting us Please include your online order number or a receipt showing where you purchased the beer. We will endeavour to do our best by you.
